一、赋能国际(EIA)创始人程庆简介
90年代初，程庆（Jacky）担任香港宝成行中国区总经理。他负责该公司在中国大陆投资的多家公司的进出口业务。

程庆(Jacky)，男，中国，汉族，60年代出生于重庆，毕业于四川外语学院英语专业，从上世纪九十年代一直从事国际项目的开发、引进和进出口贸易，八十年代末曾担任过著名跨国公司UDI 驻重庆办事处的翻译兼业务助理。帮助重庆轮胎厂，重庆干电池厂，北碚机床厂等重庆多家企业成功引进国外先进技术和设备。多次成功担任领导谈判的翻译，为当时重庆的产业升级和技术改造做出了贡献。

1993年，为了业务的进一步发展，移民出国去了塞拉利昂，后居住新加坡从事进出口贸易，其中出口大陆生产的服装、鞋及意大利的咖啡机等，同时在大陆有投资办厂，生产服装和化纤产品。

1997年回重庆发展，当时正逢国内改制，为困难企业找出路，为了响应号召先后兼并了重庆立新印刷纸箱厂，重庆塑料十九厂等四家困难企业，兼并完成后。对以上企业进行了当代化改造和治理，新企业焕发出勃勃生机，公司按时发放了工人的工资，生活费及缴纳了养老保险，98年的九九重阳节公司管理层还专程去拜访了退休老员工并给他们送去现金和慰问品，得到了广大员工的一致好评，由于业绩突出，政府领导多次组织中小企业在我公司的总部召开“企业兼并后的债务重组”为题目的研讨会，总公司的管理层均为大学以上学历，其中有在国外大公司工作过多年的企业管理人才，也有曾担任重庆知名企业的厂长，公司管理团队受到领导的高度认可，同期引进了当时的优质项目“绿色婴儿食品项目”得到大力支持，领导也参加了此次新闻发布会议，也有国外专家到场，南岸区政府还为该项目特批了500万美金的配套资金，兼并后经过改造的企业也接到了国外出口订单并在中国银行重庆分行收到了国外客户开来的信用证，就在公司蓬勃发展之时，由于繁琐的历史原因兼并中出现的问题让公司无法正常运行，本人也因此受到了不公正的待遇……
